Resilience Program for Women

A program that combines multiple approaches to deepen the understanding of psychological resilience, which in turn helps individuals adapt to circumstances and changes in an effective and healthy way. It is designed for women who have completed the “Nafas” program.

The program specifically aims to:

  1. Support women in gaining a deeper understanding of psychological resilience, how to develop it, and its impact on both physical and mental well-being.
  2. Teach calming techniques that help individuals achieve a sense of ease and relaxation.
  3. Maintain stability in one’s self, body, and relationships.
